During the 7-day retreat in northern Minnesota’s Boundary Waters Canoe Area we take time to nurture ourselves in nature.  We focus on the naturally occurring rhythms in nature and in ourselves.  By understanding and aligning ourselves with these rhythms, we can achieve a sense of peace and wholeness that allow us to experience a greater awareness of God in our lives.
